Power on through to the rest of the week with this Superfood Energy Bars recipe from #Nutriseed: 
1½ cups Nutriseed Pitted Dates (15-16) pits removed
¼ cup Nutriseed Almonds
⅓ cup Nutrised Cashews
¼ cup raw pecans
¼ cup Nutriseed Organic Raw Cacao Powder
4 tbsp. Nutriseed Organic Cacao nibs
2 tbsp. Nutriseed Organic Chia Seeds
1 tbsp. Nutriseed Ground Golden Flaxseed
1 tsp. Nutriseed Organic Maca Powder
½ cup dried fruits (Nutriseed Dried Cranberries, Goji Berries and White Mulberries work best)
2 tbsp. Nutriseed Goji Berries
Lightly grease and 8x8-inch baking pan with coconut oil.
Grind all ingredients together in a food processor except for the ½ cup dried fruits and goji berries, until a coarse dough has formed. Stop the machine and check the consistency. The dough should stick together easily. If the dough is too dry add a small amount of water ½ teaspoon at a time and blend again.
When the desired consistency is achieved, add the last 2 ingredients and pulse few times. Keep some chunky texture.
Spread the mixture into the prepared pan, pressing and pounding to flatten out the surface.
Cover with plastic wrap and place the bar in the refrigerator at least 2 hours before cutting.
Cut into 8 bars.

Welcome the new week with The Smoothie of all Smoothies recipe from #Nutriseed: 
3 tbsp. Nutriseed Cashews
2 tbsp. Nutriseed Shelled Hemp Seeds
2 large Medjool dates, pitted
2 tbsp. Nutriseed Cacao Nibs
1 tbsp. Nutriseed Organic Chia Seeds
2 tsp Nutriseed Organic Maca Powder
¼ tsp Nutriseed Organic Spirulina Powder
1 tsp. cinnamon powder
1 tsp. ginger powder
¼ tsp. cardamom powder
2 cups coconut water
1 frozen banana
1 ½ cups ice
Stevia, to sweeten taste (optional)
Blend together all the ingredients, except the frozen banana and ice, until smooth.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend again until frosty. Taste, and sweeten as desired.

1 tsp. of Nutriseed Acai Powder
3 Nutriseed Pitted Dates
1 banana (ideally frozen)
½ cup coconut water
1 pear
large handful of spinach
1 tsp. Nutriseed Organic Coconut Chips
A sprinkle of Nutriseed Bee pollen
a handful of blueberries
Add all smoothie ingredients and blend until creamy and smooth, adding extra coconut milk as needed to get the blender running. 
Aim for a frozen-yoghurt consistency.
Transfer to a bowl and decorate with sprinkles of blueberries, coconut flakes and been pollen.

1 tsp. Nutriseed Ashwagandha Powder
1 tsp. Nutriseed Ground Cinnamon
1 tbsp. Nutriseed Shelled Hemp Seeds
2 pcs. Nutriseed Pitted Dates
1 tbsp. Nutriseed Almond Butter
250 ml almond milk 
1 frozen banana
a handful of ice
Put the ice, almond milk, banana and Nutriseed Ashwagandha Powder into a blender and blend until smooth. 
Add the Nutriseed Ground Cinnamon, Nutriseed Shelled Hemp Seeds, Nutriseed Pitted Dates and Nutriseed Almond Butter. Blitz until well-combined. 
Transfer to a glass and enjoy!

1 cup raw Nutriseed Almonds
1 cup Nutriseed Walnuts
2 tbsp. Nutriseed Ground Flaxseed
2 tbsp. Nutriseed Hemp Protein Powder
3 tbsp. Nutriseed Chia Seeds
3 tbsp. maple syrup
Pinch or two of salt
You ready? Here goes…
Preheat the oven to 165°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the nuts, flax and hemp powders, chia seeds, maple syrup and a pinch or two of salt. Stir until the nuts are coated with the syrup.
Pour the nut mixture onto the lined baking sheet. Roast the nuts at 165°C for 20 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
Once the nuts have roasted for 20 minutes, remove the baking sheet from the oven and let them cool for 10-15 minutes.
Once the nuts have cooled slightly, transfer them to your food processor. Process the nuts on high for about 10 minutes, stopping to scrape down the sides every minute or so.
Once the nuts have turned into a glossy, slightly runny butter, you’re done!
Transfer the nut butter to a glass container, and store at room temperature for up to a week. Enjoy!

2 ripe Avocados
½ Lime
1 tbsp. Nutriseed Goji Berries
Pinch of Salt
1 tsp. Paprika
1 Large Tomato
Scoop out the contents of the avocados, add the salt and paprika and mash with a fork.
Dice the tomatoes and add them and the Goji berries to the avocado.
Squeeze the lime into the avocado and mix, and add the salt and paprika.
Mix one more time and serve.

Juice from ½ lemon
1 tbsp. coconut nectar
1 tsp. Nutriseed Spirulina Powder
Pinch of garlic powder
Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
Combine everything into a small bowl and whisk until incorporated.
Transfer to a glass jar and refrigerate.
