Power up with this Healthy Energy Bars recipe from #Nutriseed for a productive Monday and a successful week! 💪😋
INGREDIENTS: 
1½ cup (270g) Nutriseed Pitted Dates
1 cup (145g) Nutriseed Ground Almond Meal
1 cup (145g) Nutriseed Whole Almonds
1 tbsp. Nutriseed Bee Pollen
1 ½ tbsp. Nutriseed Raw Organic Cacao Powder
2 tbsp. Nutrised Raw Organic Cacao Nibs
1 tbsp. Nutriseed Organic Maca Powder
1 tbsp. Nutriseed Ground Golden Flaxseed
1½ cup (80g) Nutriseed Porridge Oats, finely ground in the food processor
2/3 cup Nutriseed Porridge Oats (not ground)
DIRECTIONS: 
Combine the Nutriseed Pitted Dates and Almond Meal in the food processor and blend until smooth.
One by one add the Nutriseed Bee Pollen, Raw Organic Cacao Powder, Organic Cacao Nibs, Organic Maca Powder, Ground Golden Flaxseed and ground Porridge Oats and process until these are thoroughly mixed and blended in.
Add the Nutriseed Almonds and Porridge Oats (whole) and process on a low speed until they have all blended in. Don't process too long, as you want to have chunky pieces of Almonds and Porridge Oats in your bars. This will form your dough.
Form the dough into a ball and roll out on a flat surface, into a thick tablet about an inch thick, and place into the fridge for around 30mins.
Slice into bars and wrap each bar up in parchment paper.

INGREDIENTS: 
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp. finely chopped thyme
1 bay leaf, fresh or dried
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
½ onion, finely diced
1 carrot, finely diced
1 stalk celery, finely diced
½ cup Nutriseed Roasted Buckwheat
1 tbsp. Nutriseed Organic Chia Seeds.
4-5 cups (1-1.25 litres) vegetable stock (preferably homemade)
A large handful fresh kale (stems removed and leaves roughly chopped)
Pinch of Nutriseed Himalayan Rock Salt
Splash of Soy sauce or tamari, to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat, adding the onion and cook, stirring often for 2-3 minutes or until tender and golden.
Add the garlic, thyme, bay leaf, carrot and celery and continue to cook for a further 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
Add the Nutriseed Organic Roasted Buckwheat and and stir well. Pour over 4 cups (1 litre) of the vegetable stock, season with a good pinch of Nutriseed Himalayan Rock Salt and a few grinds of black pepper.
Bring to the boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally until the buckwheat is tender.
Add the chopped kale and cook for a further 5 minutes, adding an extra cup of stock or water if needed, season with soy sauce (we prefer gluten free soy sauce)/tamari to taste.
Sprinkle with Nutriseed Organic Chia Seeds, serve and enjoy.
It’s DIY Monday with #Nutriseed and this Homemade Nutriseed Nutella recipe: 
INGREDIENTS: 
2 cups Nutriseed Hazelnuts
4 tbsp. Nutriseed Cacao Powder
Few drops vanilla extract
1 tbsp. Nutriseed Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, melted
3 tbsp. Nutriseed Organic Coconut Sugar 
Pinch of salt (Nutriseed Himalayan Rock Salt works nicely too)
DIRECTIONS: 
Roast the hazelnuts for 10 minutes at 180°C until the skin begins to crack. 
Whilst its warm remove the skin from the nuts. 
Blend the hazelnuts until they are creamy. 
Blend in the remainder of the ingredients. 
Scrape into a jar and let it cool at room temperature.
This should keep for two weeks out of the fridge.

Welcome the weekend with a recipe from #Nutriseed for The Smoothie of all Smoothies: 
INGREDIENTS: 
3 tbsp. Nutriseed Cashews
2 tbsp. Nutriseed Shelled Hemp Seeds
2 large Medjool dates, pitted
2 tbsp. Nutriseed Cacao Nibs
1 tbsp. Nutriseed Organic Chia Seeds
2 tsp Nutriseed Organic Maca Powder
¼ tsp Nutriseed Organic Spirulina Powder
1 tsp. cinnamon powder
1 tsp. ginger powder
¼ tsp. cardamom powder
2 cups coconut water
1 frozen banana
1 ½ cups ice
Stevia, to sweeten taste (optional)
DIRECTIONS: 
Blend together all the ingredients, except the frozen banana and ice, until smooth.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend again until frosty. Taste, and sweeten as desired.
Finish the weekend nicely and start a new week strong with this Acai smoothie bowl from #Nutriseed:
INGREDIENTS: 
1 tsp. of Nutriseed Acai Powder
3 Nutriseed Pitted Dates
1 banana (ideally frozen)
½ cup coconut water
1 pear
large handful of spinach
FOR THE TOPPINGS:
1 tsp. Nutriseed Organic Coconut Chips
A sprinkle of Nutriseed Bee pollen
a handful of blueberries
DIRECTIONS: 
Add all smoothie ingredients and blend until creamy and smooth, adding extra coconut milk as needed to get the blender running. 
Aim for a frozen-yoghurt consistency.
Transfer to a bowl and decorate with sprinkles of blueberries, coconut flakes and been pollen.

INGREDIENTS: 
2 ripe Avocados
½ Lime
1 tbsp. Nutriseed Goji Berries
Pinch of Salt
1 tsp. Paprika
1 Large Tomato
DIRECTIONS: 
Scoop out the contents of the avocados, add the salt and paprika and mash with a fork.
Dice the tomatoes and add them and the Goji berries to the avocado.
Squeeze the lime into the avocado and mix, and add the salt and paprika.
Mix one more time and serve.

3. Transfer to a smoothie glass and enjoy!

The Yummy Paleo Brownie Recipe You Must Try! 🍫😋
INGREDIENTS: 
½ cup Nutriseed Organic Virgin Coconut Oil 
2 tablespoons Nutriseed Ground Golden Flaxseed mixed in 3 tablespoons of water until gooey (substitute for 2 eggs) 
⅓ cup Nutriseed Raw Cacao Nibs 
½–¾ cup Nutriseed Organic Coconut Sugar 
¾ teaspoon Nutriseed Himalayan Rock Salt 
3 tablespoons Nutriseed Almond Meal 
¼-½ cup Nutriseed Raw Organic Cacao Powder 
2 teaspoons Nutriseed Vanilla Powder 
DIRECTIONS: 
Preheat the oven to 350 F
In a small pot over medium heat, melt theNutriseed Organic Virgin Coconut Oil and Nutriseed Raw Cacao Nibs 
Mix all the other ingredients together using a hand mixer until the batter is thick 
Pour contents into a loaf pan
Bake for 30 minutes
Allow cooling for 15 minutes
Transfer to a serving platter and enjoy!
This recipe combines the naturally sweet tartness of green apple with butternut squash and rustic vegetables to provide a warming bliss of nutrients 🥣🌱
INGREDIENTS: 
1 butternut squash, peeled and chopped, seeds discarded
1 tart green apple, peeled, cored, chopped 
1 carrot, finely chopped
1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
1 large celery stalk, chopped
2 tbsp. Nutriseed Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
3 cups vegetable broth
1 cup water
Pinch of nutmeg
Pinch of Nutriseed Ground Cinnamon
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Pinch of Nutriseed Himalayan Rock Salt
Pinch of Nutriseed Turmeric Powder
Crack of black pepper
Chopped parsley or chives (to garnish)

DIRECTIONS: 
On medium-high heat, heat up a large saucepan or stewing pot, and melt in the Nutriseed Organic Virgin Coconut Oil. Add in the chopped carrot, onion and celery and sauté. If they begin to brown, turn down the heat slightly.
Add in the chopped butternut squash, apple, vegetable broth and water bring to the boil.
Once boiling, reduce to simmer, cover, and leave for around 30mins. Before proceeding ensure that the butternut squash and carrots have softened.
Add into a blender or food processor (or use a hand-blender in the same pot), and pulse until smooth and creamy. Add in the various spices to taste.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley or chives, and swirl in some sour cream and serve.
