INGREDIENTS: 
1 tsp. Nutriseed Ashwagandha Powder
1 tsp. Nutriseed Ground Cinnamon
1 tbsp. Nutriseed Shelled Hemp Seeds
2 pcs. Nutriseed Pitted Dates
1 tbsp. Nutriseed Almond Butter
250 ml almond milk 
1 frozen banana
a handful of ice
DIRECTIONS: 
Put the ice, almond milk, banana and Nutriseed Ashwagandha Powder into a blender and blend until smooth. 
Add the Nutriseed Ground Cinnamon, Nutriseed Shelled Hemp Seeds, Nutriseed Pitted Dates and Nutriseed Almond Butter. Blitz until well-combined. 
Transfer to a glass and enjoy! 😋😋😋

Impress 🙌🏻 👌🏻 yourself and your guests with your very own homemade 🏘 superfood 💪🏻 roasted nut 🥜 butter. Use this recipe 🗒 from Nutriseed: 
INGREDIENTS: 
1 cup raw Nutriseed Almonds
1 cup Nutriseed Walnuts
2 tbsp. Nutriseed Ground Flaxseed
2 tbsp. Nutriseed Hemp Protein Powder
3 tbsp. Nutriseed Chia Seeds
3 tbsp. maple syrup
Pinch or two of salt
DIRECTIONS: 
Preheat the oven to 165°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the nuts, flax and hemp powders, chia seeds, maple syrup and a pinch or two of salt. Stir until the nuts are coated with the syrup.
Pour the nut mixture onto the lined baking sheet. Roast the nuts at 165°C for 20 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
Once the nuts have roasted for 20 minutes, remove the baking sheet from the oven and let them cool for 10-15 minutes.
Once the nuts have cooled slightly, transfer them to your food processor. Process the nuts on high for about 10 minutes, stopping to scrape down the sides every minute or so.
Once the nuts have turned into a glossy, slightly runny butter, you’re done!
Transfer the nut butter to a glass container, and store at room temperature for up to a week. 
Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS: 
2 ripe Avocados
½ Lime
1 tbsp. Nutriseed Goji Berries
Pinch of Salt
1 tsp. Paprika
1 Large Tomato
DIRECTIONS: 
Scoop out the contents of the avocados, add the salt and paprika and mash with a fork.
Dice the tomatoes and add them and the Goji berries to the avocado.
Squeeze the lime into the avocado and mix, and add the salt and paprika.
Mix one more time and serve.

- 50g raspberries
- 250ml milk (we prefer almond milk)
-1 tsp. vanilla extract

-1 banana
DIRECTIONS: -Mash the banana in a bowl/jar, then stir in the vanilla extract, milk and maple syrup.
-Add the rest of the ingredients (minus the raspberries) and mix together well.
-Place in the refrigerator and leave overnight.
-In the morning, stir in your raspberries and enjoy!
