1. Training in Ramadan should be done at a lower intensity, reducing 25% of the total volume.
2. It should be done in a maximum of between 2-3 hours before breaking the fast of the day.
3. It is very important to drink plenty of water during the night, to prevent dehydration during the day, in order to carry out a safe workout.
4. Don't do more than 1 hour of training.
