Although the number of listings stayed relatively the same as last year throughout the GTA, we're continuing to see competition between buyers for available properties, which provides a level of support for home prices. Oh, and great staging never hurts - good thing I do that too!⠀

An uber efficient use of space, there are four homes in total on the lot - three are in the backyard. This bad boy sold for $1,725,000 in March. Market conditions have remained tight enough to support a moderate pace of price growth. While March and Q1 sales remained relatively flat compared to last year, new listings have declined more so than sales. However, nearly all market segments experienced an increase sale price - with the exception of detached homes in both Toronto and the GTA.
