Following any primary lifts I’ve always enjoyed and put a lot of emphasis into accessory work. Getting strong was always the top priority but looking strong has been right behind it. The “powerbuilding” approach has also always been a style of training I’ve enjoyed the most. I think this is a huge reason I’ve been able to get continued results. If you don’t TRULY enjoy the training then results will suffer.
