Remember our mermaid-blue pointe shoes from earlier this week? 
We had lots of requests to see the full costumes, so here they are, as seen on our Queensland Ballet Artists in 2015! Our dancers will once again make a splash in these shimmering delights when the 2017 season of Peter Pan opens next week.

Senior Soloist Camilo Ramos can't wait to revisit the role of the boy who never grew up. Camilo will be taking the second star to the right, and straight on 'til next week when the Peter Pan adventure begins at QPAC!
Today's #TutuTuesday is not one, but three beautiful tutus from Prelude '17! These are just some of the costumes that will adorn our Queensland Ballet Academy Senior Program dancers this Sunday 22 and Monday 23 October.

We’re feeling blue, in the best way! Amanda in our Wardrobe department is hand-dying the pointe shoes for our Mermaids in Peter Pan, to perfectly match their blue costumes. We customise pointe shoes colours in-house to ensure seamless coordination with our costumes, which are also often designed and created by our Wardrobe team.
High School Work Experience Residency registrations are closing soon for our 11 - 15 December program!
Year 10 and 11 students can apply to experience the many facets of Queensland Ballet​, and learn about the range of career pathways available within the dance and creative industries.

Still Life took to the streets last night for the opening of @edwardstreetbrisbane precinct.
