The 2018 Callaghan Cup - All India Division 2 & 3 Rugby XVs championship Men's and Women's concluded with the Delhi Lions victorious against Madurai Veerans. (26-5) The Haryana Warrior girls won the women's division 2 championship while the young guns of All Dreams club from Mumbai finished first in 3rd division men's. ACE Foundation won the 3rd place after a nail-biting game against Young Rebels (15-13) and registered their spot in All India Division 1 championship 2019. Congratulations to all the winners and kudos to all teams for the excellent display of rugby through the week. Pictures follow!!!!

And it's going to be north vs south at the Callaghan cup final. The might Madurai Veerans will face the brave Delhi Lions tomorrow afternoon at GHG Khalsa college, Ludhiana to get their hands on the 12 year old trophy. On the other hand it will be a do or die game for ACE Foundation and Young Rebels as they fight for their promotion to the All India National Rugby Championship (Division 1). Day 4 wraps up at the 12th edition of the Callaghan Cup and it's turning into an all warrior game. Haryana Warriors will battle it out against Rugby Warriors Chandigarh in women's cup final on Sunday and Rajasthan girls will face Punjab tomorrow (Saturday) for the plate final.  Also, tomorrow in men's Division-2 cup semi-finals its Madurai Veerans vs Young rebels and ACE Foundation vs Delhi Lions. Stay tuned to stay updated.

Day 1 of the Callaghan Cup got underway today with the first 6 men's games. Winning teams will compete for the cup, while the  unlucky sides will play the plate competitions on Thursday (1st Nov). Rugby India in association with the Rugby Association of Punjab and Rugby Football Association of Chandigarh are hosting the 12th edition of the Callaghan Cup - All India National Division-II & III Men's & Women's Rugby XV's Championship. The tournament is being held at the G.H.G. Khalsa College, Gurusar Sadhar, Ludhiana from Tuesday 30th October to Sunday 4th November 2018. A total of 30 teams from across the country (21 Men’s and 9 Women’s ) will battle for top honors in this tournament. Stay tuned with us for more updates.
