These moves are great for runners because youโ€™re really strengthening the entire body plus adding in a lot of balance and coordination moves - key for runners! 
Do each move for 30 seconds (or 30 seconds EACH side) and repeat for 3-5 rounds. - Triceps dip + knee tucks
- Step-up & lunge L/R
- Wall sit
- Declined knee-to-elbow
- Sand jump squats
- Balance work
