Continuing on this weeks theme of dining out Gluten Free options, I thought I'd share with you a treasure I found in Chattanooga this past fall! When I was visiting a friend in our home state we stumbled upon the GF, vegetarian and vegan friendly hot dog place, Good Dog! Their GF buns are delicious. Out of their numerous options I chose  to top my veggie dog with arugula, Gouda and mustard. What been your favorite Gluten Free travel treasure?

Make Thiamin happen by adding this green goddess into your diet! Asparagus along with fish, lean pork, nuts and beans are an adequate source of the nutrient that helps keep your nervous and circulatory system healthy and functioning! As celiac disease individuals it may be difficult to pinpoint specific nutrients we may be deficient in without blood test however I hope that I have brought awareness to this topic.
