What a catch! A group of former Scrantonians caught 450 pounds of fish from the Gulf of Mexico while on a trip to Florida. They caught kingfish, grouper, grunts and a shark.
The fishing group were Dr. and Mrs. B.H. Warren, of West Chester; Charles Stevenson, of Carapolis, and Alfred Twining, botanical authority and former editor of the Scranton Times. Warren was the former curator of the Everhart Museum.
