Inside the wellness planner you'll find a collection of perforated cards with wellness tips from the ban.do team. Since we believe wellness should be attainable for all, we'll be sharing one tip a day on stories for the rest of January, and a few in the feed too. First up, a tip from @jengotch herself.
With sections on eating and drinking, relaxation, activities, feelings, and goals, our new Wellness Planner is an expansive, undated (so you can go at your own pace!) guide to help you focus on yourself. You can record your water intake, make leisure time to-do lists, create a rating system for your emotions, and so much more, and best of all, if you fill up all your pages you can download more on the product page! We recommend heading there to see more of the inside of this planner, in case you're still on the fence about getting one.

A wise woman named @jengotch once said, “self-care, at its core, is giving yourself permission to do whatever it is that you need to be ok.” That’s what our new wellness planner is all about. We made this planner to help you focus on your own wellness that is filled with advice and art from 21 incredible women who are experts in the fields of nutrition, fitness, and more. Inside you’ll find organization tips, info about super foods, a section on body positivity, worksheets to help you get where you want to be. This planner is undated, so you can start it whenever and take a break if that’s what you need, too. It has been a real labor of love and we are so excited to finally share it with you, after working on it for over a year! We exist to help you be your best, so, we hope this acts as a guide for you to find whatever it is that you need to be ok. Let’s take care of ourselves, together. Shop it now at bando.com.⠀
