The iconic Victorian home that was featured in the opening credits of “Full House” and the more recent spinoff “Fuller House” is currently for sale, and the show’s creator Jeff Franklin is the one selling it.

Franklin purchased the home in 2016 with the idea of preserving it for the fans.

One of the first things he did was paint the front door back to its familiar red, but after an extensive renovation and makeover, the door now has a new dark hue.

And the home’s interior has a whole new look, too. While the inside of it never actually looked like the Tanner family’s house, since the show was filmed on a set, the space still got a contemporary makeover under Franklin’s ownership.

The living room feels bright and airy with white walls, sleek light fixtures and tons of natural sunlight. And from that charming bay window, you’ll have a great view of all those fans outside taking pictures of your famous house!

A bold new kitchen features custom cabinets, marble counters, a subway-tile backsplash and stunning pendant lights. It opens to a dining and living area, making it a nice big space for big family gatherings.

On the lower level you’ll find a large bedroom, laundry and den area with a wet bar that opens up to the backyard, which feels like an English garden.

The top floor hosts the other bedrooms, including the master suite that has a fireplace, walk-in closet and spa-like bathroom.

We would like to present for you an interesting case on Facebook advertising from the company: Pizza Fan. Maximising food delivery sales with Facebook dynamic ads.

Who’s for pizza?
Pizza Fan is Greece’s largest pizza delivery company, with more than 73 outlets nationwide and big plans for future growth. It aims to offer choice, value for money and a friendly, familiar customer experience with every order.

Pizza Fan worked with Agency Koolmetrix to set up the dynamic ad campaign. Koolmetrix started out by making sure Pizza Fan had all the basics in place: a correctly implemented Facebook pixel and an up-to-date product catalogue to dynamically generate ads featuring products that were relevant to viewers. Pizza Fan was able to use information from the Facebook pixel to help it make the most of its strong website traffic. Based on preferences shown by website visitors, it could serve highly relevant ads at just the right time that were likely to result in orders, either online or in-store.

Koolmetrix then created and segmented Custom Audiences of past customers and website visitors, based on demographics, previous order behaviours and purchase patterns. These audience characteristics were used to inform the products and offers that were featured in the ad creative.

Pizza Fan then ran dynamic ads in carousel format, showing people their favourite pizzas and appealing deals. An “Order Now” call-to-action button made it easy for people to go ahead and place an order. The ads ran in Facebook News Feed, Instagram feed and via Audience Network.

Koolmetrix kept a close eye on ad performance during the 3-month campaign period, making sure that ad budgets were allocated to the best-performing ad sets. Facebook Insights also helped identify peak periods for customer orders, which meant that campaign activity could be adjusted to match.

It also provides more advanced features, including custom visitor segmentation. Google Analytics e-commerce reporting can track sales activity and performance. The e-commerce reports shows a site's transactions, revenue, and many other commerce-related metrics.

On September 29, 2011, Google Analytics launched Real Time analytics, enabling a user to have insight about visitors currently on the site. A user can have 100 site profiles. Each profile generally corresponds to one website. It is limited to sites which have traffic of fewer than 5 million pageviews per month (roughly 2 pageviews per second) unless the site is linked to an AdWords campaign.
