Hallo! 
In regards to my last few posts, here is a super slow mo version of how you "flip grip" with the strap and how you power the back leg to stretch the shoulders 
Please note: you do this AFTER you have done both the warm up and sequence 
The warm up can take from 10-20mins
The sequence is about 40mins (with both sides done) 
So the whole thing should take about an hour before you get to this part..
Really guys, can't just be poppin up into this poses, warm up prevents pain and injury -
This stretch will really really open up your shoulders and note how upright my body is, this is quite important cause the further forward you lean the further you are from your foot and you lose the stretch. If that makes any sense?
