We’ve been building you up INside, so let’s take it OUTside for a Lab Field Trip! On Friday (March 16th), we’ll be traveling to Colorado Bend State Park (2.5ish hours away) and hiking to Gorman Falls and Spicewood Springs. ANYONE and EVERYONE are welcome to join! We’re going to meet in the Primetime/The Performance Lab parking lot at 7AM to caravan. 
B.Y.O. snacks, lunch, water, eno, camping chair, sunscreen, etc. 
Be prepared to see some beautiful scenery that you never knew existed in Texas... and to have a great work out of course! ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
- We’ll have accommodations for ALL fitness levels (hikers/trail runners)
- park entry $5/ per person
- should return to Abilene at around dinner time

Tuesday: Normal Schedule
Wednesday: No STRONG classes after 1pm. Weight Room normal schedule. Close at 10pm
Thursday & Friday: No STRONG classes. Weight Room only (10am - 10pm)
Saturday & Sunday: Normal Weight Room hours
(Sat: 8am - 10pm/Sun: 12pm - 10pm)

Last night was everyone’s final push for the gold. The answers have been checked, the points have been all tallied up. The classes fought valiantly and gave it their all. These are the winner’s of this year’s 1st #LabOlympics2018 🎉 CONGRATS to GOTHAM CITY for winning GOLD🥇, to HOGWARTS winning SILVER 🥈, and to BIKINI BOTTOM winning BRONZE 🥉
