Salt Roasted and Baked to perfection is this piece of Shio Yaki Salmon.  Team TORA hopes to introduce more one-of-a-kind seasonal menus to celebrate people whose exquisite tastes have inspired us all. We do hope to continue featuring customers' food stories to share with other fellow foodies.

This is our way of presenting a token of appreciation to our beloved customers. Chefs Ivan and Wei Tang thoroughly experimented with the fish and finally decided to present it in four different flavors, one of which is this cute little pocket of Kombu-cured goodness.

In conjunction with our campaign #peoplemattersTORAsg, a collaboration with portraiture photographer Grace Ho, TORA is striding into the New Year with personal food stories shared by TORA’s very own customers. And to thank them for their support, team TORA has concocted the People’s menu with their favourite ingredients in mind.

Here is Daniel unraveling our Kombu-cured Salmon of the People's Menu. 
Menu will be made available from 5th February onwards, and is strictly available via reservations only.
