“No one in the world can change Truth. What we can do and and should do is to seek truth and to serve it when we have found it. Beyond armies of occupation and extermination camps, there are two irreconcilable enemies in the depth of every soul: good and evil, sin and love. What use are victories on the battlefield, if we are ourselves are defeated in our innermost selves?”

There are always laughs to be had at #MCMComicCon in #Manchester. A great atmosphere and everyone was truly awesome.
Both myself and Tracy had a great time, on July's #RunMediaCity 5k for the AMAR Foundation's work in #Iraq. Everyone was really supportive and it was a truly amazing atmosphere. I can't praise the organisers enough, for putting on a really good event and well done to everyone for taking part.
What a blast from the past, when 7 years ago we zip wired off the Imperial War Museum and across #Salford Quays, as a fundraiser for the Royal British Legion and #CombatStress. Happy days!
10 million people have received #healthcare and 5 million people have been helped through #education, as Lord Mark Price states in this clip. These are very clear reasons why here in#Manchester, we support the @amar.foundation's work across #Iraq.
More pictures taken by the fabulous Rob Cole, while at the @amar.foundation gala dinner at the UK Foreign Office. It was wonderful to see everyone from AMAR and to celebrate their amazing work across #Iraq.
On the 8th July, #Manchester witnessed the Procession - also known locally as the #ItalianWalks - which went from St Michael's #Catholic Church in Ancoats and through the city centre. Along with religious banners from the city's #RomanCatholic community, people also dressed up in traditional clothing.
