5 weeks ago I PR'D my Snatch Balance at 255lbs. This week I PR'D by 15lbs!! Getting a solid 270lbs!! Don't get me wrong though , I had some regrouping to do MENTALLY after failing a couple before I got what I wanted!. It was great overall. 👌🏽Little bit of Country to change things up! Today was a really good morning session! I failed so much, and I embraced it so well! So many people out there really think that it's genetics but those who do amazing at what they do know it's because "I'm not afraid to fail so many f***ing times!" The best part about failing so many times is  being able to remember that being great at something is not about having a natural ability! You must work work and WORK for what you dream to be great at! Failing is gaining the opportunity to build knowledge and experience about your inner self. You fail and fail again to figure out where you went wrong! Thats what it requires to be great! Everyone is different in there own way and we all must find what works for us as an individual. Fail more so you don't fail again. There's no other thing in life thats better than failing! I didn't think I had these "L-Sit to Handstamds" anymore, but after the failed first attempt, I was amazed I still had it😃 being able to lift #madheavy 💩and have #madbodycontrol💪🏽. Something I started to rewatch was what I recorded to see how to help other athletes through pausing in slow motion as I coached and the only thing I could see was how truly happy I am helping many reach the same goals I have already accomplished or goals I want to continue to perfect! Woke up for the 5:15am class this morning!! I have not lifted over 240lbs in 4 weeks for a low back injury😃I stuck to the therapy day in and day out. I didn't give up and I stayed on it. We never get what we want, We get what we have to have. By raising our standards. Self discipline comes from ones self. When we make the decision for ourselves we can decide to do better and then want more. High goals are for over achievers. "I should" won't help anybody, "I must" will. How 6setsx2reps @365lbs would take me 15-20minutes the last two times I did this! On top of that I've been feeling freaking awesome in my running!! Came out here to do a 30 minute run and realized how great it feels to be back in the area again😍 PACMAN was always a great way of seeing why we should never quit💪🏽Sometimes it’s not about how good you are but how bad you want it.
