What a beautiful day here at Mansker’s Station. Come and tour the Fort and Bowen House and learn a little bit of history that happened right here many many years ago. Tours are available Monday- Friday 9:00 am-3:00 pm.
What a beautiful week to enjoy a tour at Historic Mansker's Station. This THURSDAY and FRIDAY, from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, we will be spotlighting the carpenter of frontier days.This is included in your ticket price. Carpentry is one of the oldest skilled trades that is still used today. Stop by Thursday or Friday and meet Bill Maddox and see his tricks of the trade.
These kiddos are ready for their tour of Historic Mansker’s Station and the Bowen House. If your a teacher, parent, tourist or just a resident , we would love to travel back in time with you to frontier days. Tours are available Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-3:00 pm. Yesterday these home school kids learned about the importance of our forest and how different unique seed pods germinate.

COMING SOON! The Goodlettsville Farmer’s Market IS RETURNING and will be held on Thursdays 3:00-7:00 pm, May 10 - October 11 and will take place on the lawn at the Goodlettsville Visitor’s Center at Historic Mansker’s Station, 705 Caldwell Drive. 
Farmers will receive first priority for booth spaces and all other vendors will be considered on a case by case basis based on demand, originality, and quality of the product.

First Lecture Series will be held on Saturday, April 14th. We have 2 classes to choose from, 10:00 am or 1:00 pm. Each class will last around 2 hours. WEAR STURDY WATERPROOF SHOES!

The April 14th lecture is WILDFLOWER HIKE. This tour will meet at the Goodlettsville Visitor's Center and travel to site in Millersville which is part of the Tennessee Land Trust that consist of 10 acres. Rosemarie Corn Scott will guide the group to view the area known as Artist Hollow and through the Healing Path. There you will see wildflowers in their natural growth with a large stand of Blue-Eyed Mary's. Each tour is limited to 15 participants.
