As a data analyst, I am sick of the number.
.
But when you go to Penang, I'll give you 5 recommended eatery that you must try.
.
1. Roti Canai Jalan Argyll
The chicken curry is spiced well. Combined with roti canai telor, the crispy texture will makes your mouth watery. Also teh tarik will make the sweet ending.
.
2. Hong Kee Wan Thun Mee
Basically, it's Chinese resto, but they sell some bread. They have the best egg tart in Penang.
.
3. Nasi Kandar Deens Maju
My favourite. Long queues paid off with the taste. Lot of spices, same level with nasi Padang.
.
4. Toh Son Coffee
Had a good breakfast here, buy kopi-o and butter bread. Located in small alley, so you can feel the time bit slower here.
.
5. Mee Sotong Hameed Pata
They sell squid noodle, and have flavorous taste. The slurrrppness never fail you. Don't forget to buy coconut shake in other stall, to muffling the heat.

As a former social media officer and analyst, I am too lazy to create this caption.
.
But when you go to Penang, you should visit this museum. Besides it offers photogenic spot, you could also get the history about Peranakans (Baba Nyonya).
.
Peranakans are an ethnic group descended from Chinese settlers from the southern provinces who came to the Malay archipelago including British Malaya and Dutch East Indies and southern Thailand.

Called as Street Art Capital of Malaysia, Penang offers best outdoor art gallery. Each street art has a meaning that relate to daily life.

The street arts spread throughout the city, so it's hard (but fun) to find out if you want captured the well-known one. It's like looking a treasure in the maze.

Buzz is missing Woody so much. So he decided to visit Kek Lok Si temple to heal his inner feeling.
.
Kek Lok Si temple is the largest Buddhist temple in Malaysia, standing on a hilltop at Air Itam. So you can see the Penang city view from here.

Only takes half hour from Georgetown by Grab.

D9. Ho Chi Minh City

Saigon wrapped up my travel journey in Vietnam.

I didn't count how many steps that I am enjoy exploring the Paris of Southeast Asia.

Lots of beautiful buildings influenced by French culture, as a result of 5 decades of imperialism.

Five hours spent so fast when I explored Saigon, include do some street photography, eat a good food, and find some souvenirs for family.

Hope in future, I can visit again to Vietnam. Of course, to visit another cities.

Sa Pa, Hue, and Da Lat in my lists.

D8. Ho Chi Minh City

Sometimes, I am enjoy to know more about other country history. So the first thing that popped-up in my mind when visit the Vietnam, I am curious about Vietnam War.

Saigon stored many stories about Vietnamese story. If you love historical tourism, I recommend to visit War Remnants Museum.

Titled as best museum in SEA by TripAdvisor, War Remnants Museum tell you about the Vietnam War and housing a collection of thousands of photographs, artefacts and films, each visit is a reminder of the country’s dark past.

The fact, U.S. dropped tons of bombs tripled during the Vietnam war, compared to World War II.

D7. Hoi An

Recommended by Helen, the host of Hoi An Unique House, Tra Que Herb Village is the alternative attraction in Hoi An.

It's like a farm village that I usually saw in Lembang. It's so nice that I can talk with the local people, and know the reason why Vietnamese always build a temple or graveyard in the middle of farm field.

Thanks to Helen, for lend me the bike, so it's easier for me to explore the farm village.

D6. Hoi An

Pesona kecantikan Hoi An mulai terpancarkan ketika matahari sudah tenggelam.

1 jam berjalan mengeskplorasi Hoi An pada malam hari, sumpah ga bakal kerasa.

D6. Hoi An

D4. Da Nang

When I heard about Vietnam, the first thing on my mind is about old and rural things. Da Nang is one of special.

Da Nang is the maintained-well urban city in the middle of Vietnam. I called it the Las Vegas from Southeast Asia. At night, you can watch the lights dancing on the Han river.

In weekend, there's lot of people come to see the Dragon breath attraction. Also you can watch local people who doing their fun activity in river side.
