I have had several ladies reach out to me in regards to the fat pockets showing in their abdominal area; especially, while sitting down. I have been told this has been a persistent issue despite the amount of time they spend working out. As such, I decided to post two pictures of myself that I took yesterday; one sitting down and one standing up. Looking at the sitting down picture, you can tell, I have slight fat pockets in my stomach area as well. I believe I am in a great shape, so I wanted to show you that is how the stomach is supposed to look like when you are sitting down. In the standing up picture; however, my stomach looks a lot better. Naturally, as I stand up, my skin stretches and my stomach flattens.
Ladies – please don’t try to be perfect. It’s ok to have imperfections. These imperfections make us unique and differentiate us from each other. In my case, I had two C-sections, and I love my body and all of the imperfections it comes with. I have never strived for perfection. I knew it was going to be a slow process given the shock and pain my body went through. My body needed time to heal properly before I was going to be able to start working out at full speed again. It took me a while to get a flat stomach, and at times, I can still see a little bump! I love it though. It makes me look like I am pregnant again, and it brings back all of the fond memories of pregnancy. We are women. Our bodies go through a huge shock and pain after pregnancy so please don’t be too hard on yourself. I know it’s hard, especially, as you see all of these beautiful “flawless” models on the front cover of magazines. Keep in mind though that these women have their imperfections as well. You just don’t see them as their imperfections are not being portrayed.
The bottom line is, people who love you and care for you will love you just the way you are including your small imperfections. Don’t put too much pressure on yourself and observe every little detail on your body. I completely understand that we want to look perfect, but at the end of the day, we all have imperfections. You can only try to do your best. Let’s not be so critical of ourselves and enjoy our bodies!❤

I had 2 C-sections back to back and with my determination I got back in shape and these days I have a privilege to help more then 3,000 women all over the world to do the same. 
These 3 exercises are just an example for you to see that we can do anything that our minds want to achieve. 
When we become mothers there is no stop for us that's where you start moving and start doing your best! You want to go after your goals and dreams, you might bump to some obstacles but if you want to achieve something in your life you will get up on your feet and chase it. It doesn't matter how old you are the sky is the limit:).
Motivate yourself  to become better, more confident,  stronger and more beautiful person every day. You will become more successful in your private life, with your job, with your relationships, friendships  but also you will be more satisfied and happier with yourselves which I think is the key to success. Our last night getaway with my hubby was not very successful 😌...we went to this beautiful wedding and not even 2 hours we get a call that Giana's ear hurts so of course we do anything for our babies right?so we rushed home but at least we got to spent 2 hours together as a couple😍💑
